Miles Stribbling
Founder
With almost 30 years’ experience, Miles was an early pioneer in the RPO industry. Following a career working with some of the most established global RPO brands, he founded The RPO Consultancy to share his knowledge and expertise with companies looking for independent advice and support with Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Contingent Workforce Management and Total Talent Solutions.
Starting in the London offices of Citibank in 1996, Miles built and managed a number of outsourced recruitment teams with Resource Solutions, part of the Robert Walters Group. He was appointed Managing Director of Global Operations in 2006 and was ultimately accountable for service delivery to over 50 clients across multiple global locations, recruiting upwards of 10,000 hires per year. Miles was Head of RPO at Lorien Resourcing, and more recently Head of Marketing for EMEA & Americas at Hudson RPO and a key member of their Executive Leadership Team.
Miles is passionate about quality of service, collaboration and partnerships. Many of the solutions he helped build during his career remain in place today. He is highly consultative in his approach and is equally comfortable getting stuck into the detail, as he is taking a high-level strategic viewpoint.
